I returned last night March 21 fromEgypt. After an 11 day tour that I organized with 4 members of my family.
(Fairly classic circuit: 3 days in Cairo, 2 days in Aswan and Abbou Simbel, 2 days of cruise to Luxor and visit of the temples en route, 3 days in Luxor including 1 day in Abydos and Dendera); I had chosen Terra-Trips, whose contact details I had found on the Routard forum; nothing to add on what has just been written by other backpackers.
This is the ideal time to go to this beautiful country, because the few people mean that the sites can be visited in excellent conditions (you will have to be a little lenient on the quality of the hotels because with the revolution and the fall of attendance, maintenance and service is not always at the top…).
